1. Eligibility

Wholesales Partner is a B2B buying alliance open exclusively to verified retail businesses, online sellers, and licensed commercial buyers operating in the United States. By submitting an application, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of a legitimate registered business and that the business information you provide, including your EIN or Resale Certificate number, is accurate and current.

2. Nature of the Service

Wholesales Partner operates as an independent B2B buying alliance. We do not sell products directly. Our service connects approved members with pre-negotiated wholesale pricing from our authorized distribution network. Product pricing, availability, and allocation are subject to change based on market conditions and supplier inventory.

3. Pricing & Confidentiality

All pricing sheets, inventory manifests, and wholesale rate information shared with members are proprietary and confidential. Members agree not to publicly post, share, or redistribute this pricing data. Violation of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Account Approval

Wholesales Partner reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Approved accounts may be suspended or terminated if the member provides false business information or violates these Terms of Service.

5. No Warranties

Wholesales Partner makes no warranty that pricing sheets will result in any specific level of savings. Actual savings depend on product category, order volume, and current distributor pricing. All information is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wholesales Partner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or reliance on pricing information. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the membership fees paid, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court of jurisdiction in the United States.
